Pre-launch status and intended users
RegliCard is currently a pre-launch service for businesses and their authorized team members. These terms do not create a paid subscription through this website: no self-service billing is currently available. Any paid agreement must identify the contracting operator, governing law, price, term, and billing details before payment is taken.
By using a shop workspace, a person confirms that they are authorized to act for that business and can accept these terms for it. RegliCard is not offered for personal or household use.
The service
RegliCard lets a shop manage its team, enroll loyalty customers, run one loyalty program, record activity and rewards, scan RegliCards, and deliver supported digital Wallet passes. Features described as planned, coming soon, prototype, preview, or launch assumptions are not part of the current service commitment.
Apple Wallet and other third-party products are operated by their providers. Their availability, device compatibility, and terms are outside RegliCard’s control.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
- The published 30-day trial is free and does not require a payment method.
- Planned launch prices are marketing information, not an active checkout offer.
- When paid plans become available, the order flow must show the billing period, taxes or other charges, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase.
- Unless an order states otherwise, cancellation will stop renewal at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are provided when required by law or expressly stated in the order.
- At the end of a trial or subscription, access may be restricted. The shop should request any available copy of its information before access ends.
EU / EEA
These terms are intended for business customers. EU consumer withdrawal and contract rules generally concern people acting outside their trade or profession. If mandatory consumer law nevertheless applies, it takes priority over inconsistent terms.
Canada
Mandatory federal and provincial consumer protections take priority where they apply. Quebec requirements may add contract-language, disclosure, renewal, or cancellation rules depending on the customer and transaction.
Shop responsibilities
- Provide accurate account details and keep credentials confidential.
- Give access only to authorized team members and keep roles current.
- Use customer information lawfully, provide required notices, and obtain consent where needed.
- Set clear loyalty rules and honor rewards and commitments made to customers.
- Do not use RegliCard for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or security-disrupting activity.
- Do not upload sensitive information that the service does not request or need.
Customer data and privacy
The shop keeps responsibility for the customer information and loyalty program it controls. RegliCard may process that information to provide, secure, and support the service and will not sell it or use it for advertising. The Privacy notice explains the regional roles, providers, retention, and individual rights in more detail.
Ownership and feedback
A shop retains its rights in the information it submits. It gives RegliCard the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information to provide the service. RegliCard and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the person providing it.
Availability, suspension, and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, suspected unlawful use, or a material breach. We may change pre-launch features and will provide appropriate notice before a material change to an active paid agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, RegliCard is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. RegliCard is a tool for operating a shop’s loyalty program; it does not guarantee customer retention, revenue, device acceptance, or legal compliance for the shop’s program.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any additional liability limit for a paid service must be stated in the applicable order or contracting document.
Ending use, law, and contact
A shop may stop using the pre-launch service by contacting support. Provisions that must reasonably survive termination, including ownership, confidentiality, payment obligations, and liability terms, continue to apply. The governing law and forum for a paid service will be identified in its order or contracting document; mandatory local law remains unaffected.
