Terms of service

The basic terms for businesses that evaluate or use the RegliCard loyalty workspace.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

The country choice shows the France or Québec guidance alongside our shared service practices. It does not change the law or rights that apply to you. Language is a separate choice.

Business pilot and paid orders

RegliCard is the seller name used for this business service. These public terms describe the service; payment is arranged through a separate signed monthly business order. That order states the price, taxes, billing and renewal terms, and the dated versions of these terms and the data-processing agreement. Mandatory disclosure requirements and local rights remain applicable.

By using a shop workspace, a person confirms that they are authorized to act for that business and can accept these terms for it. RegliCard is not offered for personal or household use.

The service

RegliCard lets a shop manage its team, enroll loyalty customers, run one loyalty program, record activity and rewards, scan RegliCards, and deliver supported digital Wallet passes. Features described as planned, coming soon, prototype, preview, or launch assumptions are not part of the current service commitment.

Apple Wallet and other third-party products are operated by their providers. Their availability, device compatibility, and terms are outside RegliCard’s control.

Trials, billing, and cancellation

  • The published 30-day trial is free and does not require a payment method.
  • Planned launch prices are marketing information, not an active checkout offer.
  • A paid order commits only to the available service described in the accepted order and its dated terms. Planned features are not included merely because they appear on the public site.
  • Unless an order states otherwise, cancellation will stop renewal at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are provided when required by law or expressly stated in the order.
  • After the shop’s service ends, it has 30 days to request a customer export before live customer data is deleted, subject to legal retention obligations and documented legal holds. Requests and deletion are handled through support.

France

These terms are intended for business customers. EU consumer withdrawal and contract rules generally concern people acting outside their trade or profession. If mandatory consumer law nevertheless applies, it takes priority over inconsistent terms.

Shop responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account details and keep credentials confidential.
  • Give access only to authorized team members and keep roles current.
  • Use customer information lawfully, provide required notices, and obtain consent where needed.
  • Set clear loyalty rules and honor rewards and commitments made to customers.
  • Do not use RegliCard for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or security-disrupting activity.
  • Do not upload sensitive information that the service does not request or need.

Customer data and privacy

The shop keeps responsibility for the customer information and loyalty program it controls. RegliCard may process that information to provide, secure, and support the service and will not sell it or use it for advertising. The Privacy notice explains the regional roles, providers, retention, and individual rights in more detail.

The signed data-processing agreement records the shop’s instructions, permitted purposes, confidentiality and security duties, provider arrangements, assistance with rights requests, and return or deletion at the end of service. A shop must explain its loyalty program and collect any consent it needs; enrollment never includes marketing consent.

Ownership and feedback

A shop retains its rights in the information it submits. It gives RegliCard the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information to provide the service. RegliCard and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the person providing it.

Availability, suspension, and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, suspected unlawful use, or a material breach. We may change pre-launch features and will provide appropriate notice before a material change to an active paid agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RegliCard is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. RegliCard is a tool for operating a shop’s loyalty program; it does not guarantee customer retention, revenue, device acceptance, or legal compliance for the shop’s program.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any additional liability limit for a paid service must be stated in the applicable order or contracting document.

Ending use, law, and contact

A shop may cancel by contacting support. Unless its signed order states otherwise, renewal stops at the end of the current paid monthly period. Refunds follow the accepted order and mandatory law. Mandatory local rights remain applicable.

Questions or cancellation requests can be sent to support@reglicard.com.

We aim to give a first support response within two business days, Monday to Friday in Toronto. This is a first response, not a guaranteed resolution time or continuous support service.
